What types of coffee machines do you offer for commercial leasing?
Our machines are Swiss-made, Jura brand, fully automatic espresso machines. They are commercial grade, can serve anywhere from 25-200 cups a day, and offer barista grade quality beverages at the touch of a button. Daily maintenance is straightforward and the machines are easy to use for both staff and clientele! We have different sizes to accommodate each business’ unique needs.

Do you provide maintenance and support for leased coffee machines?
We provide expert troubleshooting and unparalleled customer service. Our equipment comes with a QR code that once scanned, signals our team to come to your immediate aid. Each of our machines is outfitted with a unique QR code on the back that can be scanned to create a ticket in our CRM. We are immediately notified of your concerns and address them on the same day.
How often do you service the coffee machines?
Our service agreements includes site visits for proper maintenance of the machine, including descale processes. If a machine needs service in the shop, we install a loaner at no charge.
Can you customize OUR coffee machine options based on our business needs?
Our agreements are tailored to each of our clients needs. Flexibility is key when dealing with different types of businesses with varied priorities. TBG helps to suit each business with the plan that makes most sense for employee, client and/or customer desires.
Do you offer training for staff on how to use the coffee machines?
Yes! TBG offers training to your staff upon setup and installation of the machines. We demonstrate daily maintenance for the team and help to program each machine to suit your business needs.
Do you provide installation and setup?
We absolutely provide installation, set up and programming of the machine for your team on the installation. Our technician will take as much time needed to give your staff the confidence they need to operate and maintain the machine on a daily basis.
How does the leasing program work?
- We meet with you to help design the perfect coffee service program for your business. Once the details have been decided, we schedule an install date complete with setup/programing of the machine and training of your staff.
- Our leasing programs provide the machine, freshly roasted coffee beans, our expert service and all care products for a low per cup price that can be paid either monthly or annually. There are no up front fees or deposits for the machines, and our monthly contracts can be canceled with 30 days notice.

We are proud to offer hand selected freshly roasted coffee delivered directly to your business each month. We partner with local distributors to offer responsibly sourced, sustainably grown coffee that is locally roasted to our specifications to offer the highest quality coffee on the market for your machine!

How do you minimize machine downtime?
We provide a unique QR code on all our equipment that when scanned, allows our clients to submit a request for repair immediately. Those requests are handled within 24 hours. We first offer expert trouble shooting to help rectify the issue remotely, and if needed send our technicians on site to address your issue. If needed, a loaner machine will be installed to avoid down time!
Are coffee beans provided with the machines?
Our locally roasted, sustainably grown coffee is provided with the leasing of our machines. We also offer coffee subscriptions customized to your business needs if you decide to purchase a machine outright or have an existing Jura already! Our subscriptions include free shipping/delivery each month!
Do you offer service for machines that are not Juras?
At the present time we do not but are excited to introduce other brand lines to our offerings soon.
Do you have a machine-exchange program/offer?
We absolutely do! The Brew Group has a reputable trade-in program that allows businesses to upgrade their present Jura equipment for something in our inventory that better suits their growing business needs.
