What types of coffee machines do you sell for home use?

The Jura brand line offers a variety of different models, each with specific offerings for our customers needs.  Our Jura experts will help you find the machine that best suits your needs!

​Do you offer refurbished machines?

All of our machines are expertly refurbished in house.  This is why we can confidently offer the extensive parts and labor warranty we do!  

What kind of warranty comes with your machines?

​We offer a 90 day parts and labor warranty with each machine purchase.  After that time we offer our clients a Extended Warranty good for up to 2 years after purchase.​

Do you offer home delivery and installation?

We currently do not offer residential pick up and delivery.

What happens if my machine needs repair?

You simply fill out the repair form and a representative will reach out with an estimate for repair.  Our out-of-town customers pay upfront and receive an inbound shipping label to send their machines in.  Local customers can drop off their machine at our shop.  We communicate its journey through the repair process and notify you when your machine is ready. 

Can I send my machine to you for repair even if I didn’t buy it from The Brew Group?

We service all Jura Products regardless of their origin of purchase.  We do not honor other companies' warranties though.  We can choose not to repair a machine as well. 

How do I clean and maintain my coffee machine?

Regular cleaning is essential for maintaining optimal performance and taste in your Jura coffee machine. Here's general guide (for the daily), but always refer to your specific machine's manual for exact instructions.

1. Rinse the milk system: After each use, run a milk rinse cycle to prevent milk residue buildup.
   
2. Empty and clean the drip tray: Remove and wash the drip tray and grounds container daily.​

What types of coffee do you offer for home use?

Jura suggests using a medium roast, unflavored beans.  All our in-house coffees have been hand selected and roasted to suit a Jura machine’s intricate brewing system, leaving behind little residue and resulting in less frequent maintenance in our shop.  We have a variety of light, medium and dark roasts to enjoy!

Do you offer a coffee subscription service?

We do!  We offer monthly custom coffee subscriptions that allow our customers the convenience and flexibility you want in a plan.  Your coffee selections can be changed anytime, shipping is always on us, and your contract is month to month, no strings attached!
