Terms and Conditions: You can only join your Lifetime Warranty Program within 30 days of servicing with us or within 30 days of purchasing a refurbished machine from The Brew Group  Price includes drop off service: Shipping or Pick up service are not included.  Residential Installations and models only.  10 Cup per day maximum.  ​End-of-life occurs when the cost of repair(s) within a 12 month period exceeds the value of the machine.  We deem the value of the machine to be equal to the same or similar machines for sale from us on our website.  Does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, or acts of God (lightning strikes or other natural disasters): only covers internal breakdowns due to normal use and annual cleaning.  Customers with current membership in the program are eligible for the annual cleaning after 12 months of payments.  In the event a machine cannot be repaired due to failure or the cost of the repair exceeding the value of the machine, the warranty does not cover replacement.  If you miss any of your monthly payments, you will not be eligible to file a warranty claim.  Your account must be current and in good standing in order to receive benefits.  The conditions of the Lifetime Warranty Program may change at any time, without warning.  Please visit www.thebrewgrouptx.com/lifetime for the most up-to-date terms and conditions.
