Trade-in Process
Our Terms
We are not extending offers on the following models:
Photo uploads: Use .jpeg only. You must upload images in order to receive an offer.
- Start by filling out a form.
- Receive our offer and Accept!
- Purchase any of our fully refurbished residential or commercial coffee machines.
- Receive your new machine, set it up and enjoy!
- Use the box we send to pack and ship your trade-in Jura. A Pre-Paid Shipping Label is included.
- After we receive your machine, we'll mail a check. That's it!
Our Terms
- You MUST submit a completed form with photos, accurately describing your machine, to participate in our trade-in program.
- Shipping- We pay inbound shipping on our machine purchases. You ensure the machine is packed safely and arrives in the condition described.
- Parts & Labor - The machines we buy must be completely refurbished which takes 5-7 hours or more plus parts cost, and so our offer is based on these additional factors.
- Up-cycling Option -If we are unable to make an offer, you are welcome to recycle the machine with us, but unfortunately we are unable to cover shipping.
We are not extending offers on the following models:
- Any machine which does not list Jura as the maker (Capresso models 20+ years ago).
- A few models here and there we no longer purchase. Please submit a form for more information. Thank you!
