Trade-in Process
Our Terms
- Shipping- We pay inbound shipping on our machine purchases. You ensure the machine is packed safely.
- Parts & Labor - The machines we buy must be completely refurbished which takes 5-7 hours or more plus parts cost, and so our offer is based on these additional factors.
- Recycling Option -If we are unable to make an offer, you are welcome to recycle the machine with us, but unfortunately we are unable to cover shipping.
We are not extending offers on the following models
- Older S Series Machines (Newer S8 Touchscreen models are OK)
- Anything 20+ years old. Any machine which does not list Jura as the maker (Capresso models 20+ years ago)

Trade-in Process
- Start by filling out a form and accepting an offer from us for your machine.
- Once you have accepted your offer, you can select from any of our fully refurbished residential or commercial coffee machines.
- After you receive your new machine, use the box we shipped it in to return your machine and you'll receive a payment from us. It's just that easy.
