3. Receive Your New Machine
Your new JURA arrives first, so you're not left without coffee.
4. Send Us Your Trade-In
Pack your old JURA in the new machine's box and use the prepaid shipping label we provide.
5. Get Paid
Once we receive and verify your trade-in, we mail you a check for the agreed trade-in value.

- Trade-in values reflect the condition, age and refurbishment needs of each machine.
- Once you accept our offer and purchase your replacement, we'll provide prepaid inbound shipping for your trade-in.
- Not every older JURA qualifies for trade-in value, but recycling options may be available.
We are not extending offers on the following models:
- Any machine which does not list Jura as the maker (incl Capresso models 20+ years ago).
