Our industry-leading refurbishment process is needed for your Jura approximately every 5,000 cups or 3-5 years. We clean the machine inside and out, rebuild the brew group, and replace all seals throughout the machine. During refurbishment, we install premium stainless steel grinder burrs, resulting in a long lasting improvement in coffee taste. Our competitors skip this step! Factory steel burrs are noticeably dull by 3500 cups, leading to weak, watery coffee. Our stainless steel grinder burrs last much longer than the factory cast steel. We benchmark all our machines twice during the final quality check process to ensure your machine is working flawlessly before we return it.

In order to provide the best possible service, every machine we work on is tagged and photographed on arrival, and then put through an inspection process before any work takes place. Each machine we refurbish will make at least 15 cups of coffee in our shop during the grinder calibration process. This confirms the machine has good water flow and ensures a delicious coffee result. Before we return your Jura, it must pass our significant quality checks, twice! Our warranty includes round trip shipping. Since it's in our best interest to fix your machine right the first time, we go the extra mile to ensure you are happy at the end of the process and well after the repair is finished. 3. Get your machine to us.
4. We notify you when your machine has been checked in to our shop. We send updates as your machine progresses. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.
5. Before your machine is finished, your machine passes a significant quality check process. Then your machine is cleaned before being shipped or picked up.
6. When you pick it up, we provide a guide to walk you through how to set your grinder, proper water filtration, and more.
